TOKYO travel TIPS is not a party to any transaction between the operator and the user, and assumes no responsibility or liability for any agreement, service, payment, dispute, or outcome arising between them. All bookings, payments, and service arrangements are made directly and independently between the operator and the user.
Cancellation Policy: Once a listing contract is concluded and payment has been received, no refund will be issued. To cancel the contract, the operator must notify Nobu at least 30 days before the contract's end date.
